The Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS), under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill the following positions purely on contractual basis for 1 year
1. Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Number of Vacancies: 1
Monthly Salary: ₹60,000 (plus ₹5,000 for candidates with over 6 years of relevant experience)
Required Qualifications:
Education: Postgraduate degree or equivalent in Public Health or Healthcare Management from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the insurance sector (public or private).
Preferred Skills:
Expertise in monitoring, evaluation, risk management, or fraud detection in healthcare or public health programs.
Familiarity with risk assessment methods, fraud detection tools, and data analytics for performance monitoring.
2. IT Manager cum Business Analyst
Number of Vacancies: 1
Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 (plus ₹5,000 for candidates with over 6 years of relevant experience)
Required Qualifications:
Education: BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or MCA/MBA (IT) from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in IT projects
Preferred Skills:
Experience in maintaining IT systems, particularly in the insurance sector.
Knowledge of IT systems related to insurance enrollment and claims processing.
3. Accounts and Admin Assistant
Number of Vacancies: 1
Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 (plus ₹5,000 for candidates with over 3 years of relevant experience)
Required Qualifications:
Education: CA/ICWA Intermediate qualification or an M.Com from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 2 years in accounting for large-scale projects or government schemes, with proficiency in Tally, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing accounts for government projects or working in the insurance industry.
4. District Programme Coordinator
Number of Vacancies: 17
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 (plus ₹5,000 for candidates with over 3 years of relevant experience)
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution, with strong computer proficiency.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in implementing government health insurance programs or working with third-party administrators (TPAs) or the insurance sector.
