Nssb Syllabus:

Nssb Eligibility Criteria: 

Indigenous inhabitants of Nagaland are invited to apply online for the following Group C uniformed services vacancies under the Government of Nagaland, to be recruited by the Nagaland Staff Selection Board (NSSB).

Nssb Age Requirement (as of 01-01-2024):

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years

Nssb Exam Centers:

Candidates can select two exam centers from the following districts:

1. Kohima
2. Mokokchung
3. Tuensang
4. Mon
5. Zunheboto
6. Wokha
7. Phek
8. Noklak
9. Longleng
10. Kiphire
11. Peren
12. Shamator
13. Tseminyu
14. Niuland
15. Chumoukedima/Dimapur


Important Notes:

Nssb Age Relaxation:

5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Government employees may get age concession equal to their years of service, up to a maximum of 5 years.

Reservation:

All vacancies are reserved for Indigenous Inhabitants of Nagaland.
Reservation for Backward Tribes will follow the Notification NO.RCBT 5/87(pt-II) dated 14-04-2011, 15-06-2012 & 04-09-2015.

Nssb Application Conditions:

Candidates must possess required qualifications from recognized institutions at the time of application.
Required documents include proof of birth date (HSLC/Matriculation/Equivalent Admit Card), Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate, relevant tribal certificates, educational qualifications (mark sheets and certificates from matriculation onwards), and certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs) if applicable.
All documents should be issued by the relevant authority before the application deadline.
Original documents must be produced when called for and during the interview.
Government or Public Undertaking employees need an original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department head.

Certificate Verification:

Certificates must be signed by an authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner.

Eligibility Verification:

Any false information or suppression of facts can result in cancellation of the candidature.

Final Decision:

The Board's decisions regarding eligibility, exam conduct, and selection are final. No correspondence will be entertained.

Nssb Application Process:

Only online applications are accepted via NSSB Online Application
Application forms will not be issued from the NSSB office.
The online application portal will be available from 12:00 Noon on 21st June 2024 to 3:00 PM on 15th July 2024.

Nssb Examination Fee:

Rs. 300/- (PwBDs are exempted) payable online.
