The Directorate of Geology and Mining in Nagaland, located in Dimapur, is inviting applications from eligible indigenous residents of Nagaland for the following positions: one Tractor Driver and five Drivers.
1.Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII Passed.
2.Age Limit:
21 to 35 years as of the advertisement date. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the latest government orders, including for State Government employees (a "No Objection Certificate" from the Head of Department is required).
3. Photographs:
Three (3) passport-sized photos.
4. Application Form:
Available at the Directorate of Geology and Mining, Dimapur, Establishment Section Room No. 21 from 8th July 2024 (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ₹200/-.
5. Selection Process:
Practical Test and Oral Interview (including a Driving Test, knowledge of vehicle parts, and traffic rules).
6. Submission:
Incomplete required documents application shall be summarily rejected and no representation against such rejection shall be entertained.
7. Last Date of Submission:
Last date of submission of application form is 15th July 2024.
8. Interview Documentation:
Original documents must be produced during the Oral Interview.
9. Resubmission:
Applications submitted before this advertisement must be resubmitted.
10. Reservation:
Reservations will be as per the existing State Government policy.
11. Test/Interview Schedule:
Details of the practical test/interview and rejected applications will be announced in local newspapers. No separate call letters will be issued.
