The Government of Nagaland invites applications from qualified candidates for the following contractual positions under the Link Worker Scheme at the Nagaland State AIDS Control Society. The initial contract is up to 31st March 2025, with potential renewal based on performance and directives from the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO).
1. District Resource Person
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Social Sciences
Minimum of 3 years' experience in programs related to livelihood promotion, adult literacy, microfinance, and health sector initiatives (excluding awareness activities)
Residency in the district of application
Willingness to travel extensively within the district
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

2. M&E Officer cum Accounts Assistant
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Computer Application
At least 1 year of experience in data management, data entry, creating analysis sheets in Excel, and preparing PowerPoint presentations
Preference for candidates with experience in NGO account management

Salary: ₹11,000
3. Zonal Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences
Minimum of 2 years' experience in programs related to livelihood promotion, adult literacy, microfinance, and health sector initiatives (excluding awareness activities)
Residency in the district of application
Willingness to travel extensively within the district
Ownership of a vehicle for travel
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Vacancies: 8
Salary: ₹8,100
Application Details:
1. Application forms will be available at the NSACS Office from 29th July 2024 to 9th August 2024 during office hours at a cost of ₹100.
2. Submit the following self-attested documents with the application:
Admit Card & Mark sheets for HSLC, Graduation, and Master’s Degree
Experience certificates
Aadhaar
Indigenous Certificate
Any other relevant documents
3. Shortlisted candidates will be notified on the NSACS Notice Board. Candidates who are shortlisted will be called for interview. Please ensure to bring all original certificates for verification during the interview.
