Applications are invited for the position of Community Health Officer (CHO) under the National Health Mission (NHM), Nagaland.
Position Details:
Post: Community Health Officer (CHO)
Required Qualification: Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing with a Certificate in Community Health Nursing (CCHN)
Total Vacancies: 20
Location: Various districts across Nagaland
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentive (up to ₹15,000)
Important Information:
2. Selected candidates must sign a surety bond committing to a minimum service period of two years.
3. Application forms will be available from February 20 to February 28, 2025, at NHM, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare
Kohima. Room no 307.
4. The deadline for form submission is February 28, 2025.
5. The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the NHM website and notice board on March 4, 2025.
6. The interview schedule and results will be posted on the NHM website (nhmnagaland.in) and notice board.
7. Applications with incomplete documents or those not meeting the eligibility criteria will be rejected.
